Ledbury Park is a Toronto neighbourhood located in the southernmost part of North York, It is bounded by Avenue Road in the east, Lawrence Avenue in the south, Bathurst Street in the west and highway 401 in the north.
This community was first developed after World War II, when small, post-war bungalows were constructed. This middle-class suburban area changed in the 1990s, when many of these bungalows were torn down and replaced with larger upscale homes, like the ones found in the adjacent Lawrence Park neighbourhood.
