The Chaplin Estates neighbourhood makes up the southwest portion of Toronto’s Yonge and Eglinton area. The southern border of the neighbourhood, Chaplin Crescent, runs alongside the former Beltline Railway line, and is now a beautiful walking and biking trail.
In Chaplin Estates, you’ll find mainly detached homes on larger lots. The homes here were built primarily in the 1920s and 1930s, and are excellent examples of turn of the century architecture.
