Originally known as Cedar Vale, the Cedarvale Park is bordered by steep hills. The park angles to the southeast, and gradually becomes a natural ravine with steep sides and a very popular footpath that runs down its middle. The park is located between Eglinton Avenue and St. Clair Avenue, and offers an off-leash area for dogs as well as an educational program called Families in Nature, which is a watercourse situated in the middle of the park.
